AFFIDAVIT

I hereby solemnly declare that:

1. I am not a prt of any terrorist organization. I do not have any connection with any individual or organization which is involved in illegal activities which may cause the loss of good reputation of this organization wherein I seek  yy membership

2. I am willing to abide by the bylaws of this organization as well as the guidelines as applicable from time to time.

3. I am willing to devote my time, energy and money, as I can, for the betterment of our society without the expectation of anything in return .I will be impartial while taking as stand regarding any matter.

4. I will hold myself reponsible for any inapproprite /illegal act from my part. I will not directly or indirectly get into any illegal or anti-social activities as long  I am a part of this organization. I will not misuse my membership in this organization for the purpose of making any undue personal benifits. I will not exersice my position to threaten/harass anybody with malicious motiveto extract any finacvial or other and objectives of the organization and will try to maintain harmony among all members. I am willing to abide by all decisions taken by the committee I belong to and plicies of organization .

5. If the organization decides to cancel my membership at any time. I will immediately surrender my ID card and all items/documents and cash whichbelongs to the organization that I am having in my possession

6. I will not take membership in any other similar organization as long as I am a member of this organization.
